here are 4 types of user permissions:
1) Space owner
- Created the account, access payment functions, can change the plan and increase the number of users on the plan
- Has access to all library content. The space owner does not have restricted access within the platform, regardless of whether it was included in a project or not.
2) Producer
- Has less access than the space owner. He cannot change the plan.
- Can create new projects.
- Can invite new users (if the plan has licenses to add more users).
3) Collaborator
- Access to the entire library. Unless a project has "Restricted" access. In this case, only users added individually have access to the project.
- Unable to invite new users.
4) Guest
- Freelancers / Third Parties who have been invited to work on a specific project.
- You do not have access to the entire library, only specific projects.
- They must have received an invitation to access a project.
- You have access to all the content of a project.
5) Reviewer
- The Reviewer is not part of the platform's internal users. The Reviewer is an external user, that is, he does not need to register to access Wolkie. He just needs to have received an invitation by email or a specific link to content within the platform. The Reviewer is normally the production company's client and must decide whether a project is "approved" or "needs changes". The Reviewer can only access the content that was shared with him. Unlike internal users of the platform, the Reviewer's access can have settings such as:
- deadline
- access code
- whether or not to allow content to be downloaded
- whether or not to allow markings within the video
- whether or not to allow version comparison
