YOUR RIGHT TO USE THE SERVICES IS EXPRESSLY CONDITIONED UPON YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS OF USE. BY CLICKING THE "ACCEPT" BUTTON AND USING THE SERVICES, YOU UNCONDITIONALLY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE. To sign up for the Services, you must register for an account. The user responsible for creating an Account will be responsible for inviting team members or providing login information for their account. You will have the ability to delete your account, either directly or through a request made to someone on our team.
You are solely responsible for all content added, created, uploaded, sent, distributed or posted to the Services (hereinafter referred to as “User Content”), whether publicly or privately transmitted. By providing any User Content, you represent that it is accurate, complete, up-to-date and complies with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. It is important to note that when you access any Content, including User Content, through the Services, you do so at your own risk, assuming full responsibility for any personal or third-party damage or loss resulting from such action. Finally, we cannot guarantee the continued accuracy of any Content accessed on the Services.
By submitting User Content through the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, revocable, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable right and license. This license allows us to access, use, adapt, convert, transcode, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, disclose, transmit, store and cache your User Content as necessary to provide the Services or as permitted by the Terms of Use. However, this license will terminate as soon as you delete or remove any User Content from the Services.
Importantly, this license grant does not affect your other ownership or license rights in your User Content. You retain the right to grant additional licenses to your User Content unless otherwise agreed in writing. We do not claim ownership of User Content that is transmitted, stored, processed, or linked to your Account or through the Services. By granting these licenses to us, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to do so without infringing or violating the rights of any third party, including, but not limited to, privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, trademarks registered trademarks, contractual rights or any other intellectual property or proprietary rights.
You may provide comments, bug or crash reports, and feedback. In such event, you grant us a non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to make, use, sell, offer to sell, import, export, reproduce, publicly display, distribute, modify and publicly perform the Feedback .
If you are an Owner, you have the authority to associate and invite external collaborators to view a specific project. If you terminate your account, all projects associated with you will be removed from the Services in accordance with Wolkie's current data retention policies and procedures, and all links to such projects that were sent to Contributors will be disabled. We respect the privacy and confidentiality of your Projects, so we agree never to disclose your Projects to anyone unless you direct us to do so or any law, court order, regulatory authority, governmental authority or other legal requirement requires us to dissemination of such Projects.
You grant and shall grant each team member with whom you share user content through a project the ability to access, use, import, edit, modify, summarize, group, adapt, reproduce, distribute, display, publish, disclose, transmit, create derivative works of, store, cache, and perform such content, even after termination of your Team Member Account or the Services. By sending a link to a Project to a Contributor, you acknowledge that such Contributor has the ability to view, access and display such Project even after termination of their Team Member Account or Services. Additionally, when sending a link to a Project to a Contributor, you may choose to grant that Contributor one or all of the following additional rights: download the Project, publish said link to the Project, and/or invite third parties to view, access and display said project.
You represent and warrant that your User Content and its availability through the Services do not infringe or violate the rights of any third party, including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, artists' rights, rights of privacy or publicity, or rights to confidential information. Furthermore, you represent that you have obtained all necessary consents, permissions and/or releases from all persons appearing in your User Content, permitting the inclusion of their names, voices, performances or likenesses in any User Content and the publication of such content on the Services. You are also guaranteed that the storage, use or transmission of your User Content does not violate any laws or the established Terms of Use.
Wolkie has the possibility to offer free subscriptions, special offers and trial periods at its own discretion. If you receive access to the Services for free or on a trial basis, such access will be subject to these Terms of Use. Wolkie reserves the right to terminate free or trial access during the stated period, with prior notice, but without any liability to you. you, to the extent permitted by applicable law. This measure may be taken for a variety of reasons, including preventing abuse of free or trial access. After the free access or trial period ends, you may continue to use the Services by subscribing to a paid plan granted by Wolkie. During the free access or trial period, no warranties of any kind, express or implied, will apply to the Services, which are provided "as is" with all effects.
We cannot guarantee the availability of any Content on the Site or through the Services. Importantly, if you wish to protect the transmission of your Content to us, it is your responsibility to use a secure encrypted connection to communicate with the Services.

You are responsible for all of your activities in connection with the Services, including, but not limited to, your conduct, the content you share, and your communications with others.
It is your responsibility to promptly address and resolve any notices and complaints relating to your Content, including notices received from third parties alleging that your Content violates any person's rights.
Additionally, we reserve the right to access, read, preserve and disclose any information as we deem reasonably necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal process or governmental requests, ensure compliance with these Terms of Use, including investigation of potential violations, detect, prevent, or resolve fraud, technical or security issues, respond to user support requests, and protect our rights, property, safety, users, and the general public.
